Southern Maryland Best Buys

The Perfect Home Does Not Exist. . .Stop Looking!

There are so many good points here. Perfect does not exist. It is a series of compromises. It is a process of elimination not a process of selection. The Agent matters. So does loyalty to the Agent because then they know and learn the series of compromises that are selected to help you find the perfect home in the shortest amount if time possible.

Overpaying For Perfection For a Dream Home
Perhaps, you know this already. .
Owning a home is part of the American dream.
Buying that home also may be the largest financial investment you'll ever make for yourself and your family. .

That's why it's so important to get fully prepared before starting your journey.

It also means, being advised properly when you start looking for that perfect home. .
Your perfect dream home!
except, you will soon realize. . it does not exist. .
This is one my ten tips for homebuyers out there .
The perfect home does not exist because
it needs your touch...
your love...
your family . .
to make it a perfect home
What better way to get started buying your next home by asking and experienced real estate agent their advice. .
"What tips can you give to homebuyers based on your experience?"
Home Buyer Tips
A lot of people think they don't need the services of a real estate agent when buying a new home.
They want to do it alone. . on their own. .
This can be a huge big mistake that could cost you thousands of dollars when buying a home
Remember the seller's representative are working in getting TOP DOLLAR for their clients. .
Buyers need representation too.
You need a buyers agent that you can trust and make sure you donlt pay TOP DOLLAR for the house of your choice!
Who is going to look out you?
My advice is to find an agent who has the experience to represent you.
Someone that understands the process fully and educates you along the way . .
like teacher . .
not like a salesperson. . .

Hi Cheryl, You made a great selection for a re-blog. It was filled with some simple points that are often forgotten because they may have seemed too obvious.
