Here is a simple formula for a business plan. Plan to get a signature every day.

Each time you get a signature in real estate  you are moving forward. Some examples of these signatures are... signing a listing agreement, signing up a new buyer, getting a price reduction, home inspection negotiations, giving permission for a loan pay off, making a change to a contract, approving new addenda for lenders, getting a power of attorney, signing a home owner warranty, signing the myriad of forms at the settlement and finally signing the back of your commission check.

And we, Realtor® professionals have to sign up for continuing education, license renewal, seminars, webinars, meet-ups and purchasing new technology. Ongoing learning in real estate requires signatures to stay up with day to day activities.
