I think there is a really good point raised here. If you are doing your blogging and marketing reports correctly, you do not have to pay for Internet leads. That point becomes your private report card. Do you need to pay or are your efforts via blogging and marketing already obtaining the desired leads needed to run your business.
I get these calls all the time "Would you like to have more buyers?"? My answer is No
We have 50,000 people coming to our websites everyday inquiring about purchasing conventional and foreclosure homes. We currently do not have an agent in your area to refer these home buyers to, would you be interested"? I said NO
"Why would you not want more buyers"? Because I have lots of loyal customers who are seriously needing to buy a home, and I don't feel that neglecting loyal customers to handle your internet leads is the best way to run my business.
They just don't seem to take it well, and I say get used to it.
