Expired Listing Card Marketing Maybe Using Send Out Cards

This caught my eye as a clever idea for FSBO or Pop bys. Not only can you keep a batch of Buffini pop bys in your vehicle while on the road to drop off, but hey take a photo and convert the phone call to a card or postcard that is personalized!

Today I want to share with you a card that was made and sent to an expired listing and had tremendous impact on the seller. Although, I did end up listing the property, the seller wanted to hang onto this card just in case I don't work out.

Cheryl, I've come across Michael Mahoney's post before.  I thought it was a very interesting strategy.  However, what I've found is that almost anything that I consistently do will produce solid repeatable results.  It's not necessarily about building a better mouse trap, it's about systematically placing mouse traps, again and again, to catch a listing, to catch more business.  Real estate professional always seem to be looking for something better than what we're doing, that will producer results faster and in more abundance.  It is my considered opinion that frequency, consistency, then the message wins the day.  Am I the tortoise or the hare?  What do you say!

I think it was funny that they kept the card but I would dare sare if or when it expired they had already forgotten.
