I've been thinking about this concept but this agent is already doing it. I was thinking in terms of taking the Apple TV device to a consumer's home to demo a Listing Presentation. I was stumped on the awkward hookup step to their TV set. This method brings them to your office instead for the large screen presentation.
Working in Denver property management there are several tools and apps and devices you need to assist your work daily. My techo secret is the Apple TV device. It’s primarily a hub for accessing several different media platforms on your TV, a way to play your Netflix account and your Pandora radio stations. What I’ve been using it for is a way to connect my iPad real estate investment presentations over a big screen TV for easy conferences and meetings. I have several rows of chairs set up in my office and a big screen in the front of the rows. I can stand next to the TV and deliver my presentation while my assistant controls the visual presentation remotely from his iPad off to the side. It’s a simple way to have presentations on screen without a projector and laptop hooked up on a table nearby. Since we are so limited with space, this option keeps the room less cluttered, makes putting away the materials much easier, and gives these small conferences a more straightforward feel.
Apple TV is a great device for any home entertainment systems or for any office setting where you want to have minimal clutter and devices. This device has improved how I conduct my real estate seminars and has allowed me to hold them right in my office. When I used to do them back in 2007 I would have a huge conference room, have to rent use of the projector, spend time setting up my personal laptop beforehand, and clearing the room afterwards. With this new device I can do these seminars at the drop of a hat, and quickly resume working afterwards without needing to clean up or transform a room back to how it was. It’s a simple, conspicuous device that’s always hooked up and easy to access when it becomes time to deliver my presentation. Here is the link for Apple TV, I would at least take a look at its features, you might find yourself wanting one.
