At quick glance I have had nine of these happen. Each has a story to tell that accompanies it. You go to settlement, period. I always say that I am going to settlement and taking you with me. I mean it. However, there are some huge obstacles along the path so preparation is paramount.
After closing over 2400 real estate transactions, I suggest you close those escrows fast. Anything can happen during an escrow period to stop the sale from closing.
