The Super Duper Colossal Chart breaking Seller Monthly Listing Update Report from a Southern Md Realtor on the Run!Anyway, my one hour speed open houses are always preceded by a 30-60 minute Seller update which is a review of the stats and facts for the preceding month. Nope, the report is off limits and top secret except for them. Today I decided to go for the GOLD and explore some of the NEW sites and tools at a Southern Maryland Realtor's disposal and incorporate them into the Seller report tomorrow. So, fasten your seat belts because this inch plus notebook takes Golden Results into the stratosphere. Well, my Laser Printer can attest to that..i.e..new ink cartridge needed after today's fact finding mission.

Here is what I included in my Monthly Seller Report plus here are the places I advertised my Speed Open in case this gives fellow Realtors ideas or Southern Maryland Sellers insight into the "Golden results" service I strive to provide. I advertised the Speed Open via EMail blast to the RE/MAX 100 multiple offices. I posted it on MRIS and on the Showing Service called CSS. I entered it on Trulia, Zillow, and the RE/MAX site. I also posted a blog on Active Rain which then dispersed the information to Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. I also entered it on Realtor.com. While doing that, I pulled the listing viewings for the Seller from each of these vendors. There are cool CSS reports that can be printed or emailed. Ditto for Realtor.com. Real Bird and the RE/MAX sites have reports on viewings that can be printed out. Or use Snag it for a follow up email. List Hub has two great printable reports for their 37 syndicated sites. Trulia and Zillow have viewing reports. It is cool to be able to do the Speed Open House information while printing out the reports..it's very time efficient each month. Of course, the rest of the Notebook is zip code and neighborhood reports and graphs each month. All this information, plus the ListingBook.com Report daily email updates, plus 8i Market Snapshots and ENeighborhood Monthly Reports all add up to a well informed Seller. A few years ago, well, maybe even just a year ago, all this would have been way, way NEW. Now it is how I prepare for a Seller Monthly Review. With roughly 90% of the Home Buyers on line, these on line, Internet reports each month are pure GOLD that help get your listings SOLD!
