Apps And Peanuts Are For Cheryl But Not For Me.

iPad apps are like shoes. You need one for every occasion. There are favorites. Some are more for show. Some are more for work. Some are difficult. Some are comfy cozy. Some you like to have extra. Yes, spares. Some are stylish. Some are worn out. Some are dated. Some are new. Apps are like SHOES!

 Peanuts

Cheryl Ritchie, a successful listing agent in Southern Maryland, consumes apps like others consume peanuts...she just doesn't stop.  Cheryl is  a pro with anything having to do with the iPad. Check out her group iPAD Realtor Apps

It's difficult to find an app that she is not aware of.  If she doesn't know it today, you can be certain she will be an expert within 24 hours.

Apps and Peanuts are for Cheryl but not for me.

I am lucky to solve a challenge and take time to learn just one app!

With Cheryl, if a specific app solves the problem, then several others need to be explored.
Do you think more is better?

She is a master of all iPad applications. When telling her about a photo app program, she immediately had three more for me to try. I am lucky to learn just one app with my wonderfully busy schedule.

Here was a snapshot of yesterday... a day that was almost too busy even for me.
I was up at  5:30 (that's AM) had a session with my trainer at the gym, attended a birthday breakfast, had a 1:30 showing on my new listing at 11976 Long Lake Drive  in Reisterstown, attended an an afternoon settlement  (quite a challenge) and took my sellers out for a celebration dinner. One more showing on my One Slade Condo before I went home, said a quick hi to Lee, wrote a blog ...
and... Cheryl wanted me to try  several other photo apps.
