My 1 Hour with Margaret Rome- A Continuing Education Class Each Week!

I listen and take notes that I then post each week! There are the BEST dialogs and scripts on every question under the sun in Margaret's All About Real Estate Sunday Radio Show. She has her own real estate vocabulary. You discover you want to learn the language PRONTO. Just Listen!

My 1 Hour with Margaret Rome..... A Continuing Education Class Each Week.

I was privileged to be a guest on Margaret Rome’s weekly All About Real Estate  radio Margaret Rome
show that is on every Sunday at Noon (EST) on WCBM.
Let me first say I had fun!!!  I’d never done anything like this so I had no expectations other than I was hoping I wouldn’t trip all over my tongue.

Margaret told me the hour would pass quickly and that it did.   I told her after the show that it had the same adrenalin rush you might get from jumping off a high dive.

All of your senses are on high alert and focused.  You want to make sure you are listening to every word so that you are prepared to respond.  And, while you are doing that, you’re thinking of what you’re going to say next.  Add to that the fact that the old tongue tripping thing is going on and you have a good recipe one exciting hour.

High DiveI thank Margaret for making me feel comfortable and for throwing some good Staging questions out at me.

Now why is this my Continuing Education Class and why you might want to make it yours?

Besides learning about Real Estate , it’s also interesting to listen and learn how Margaret handles the questions coming in.  No “deleting” or “erasing” here.  Every caller is treated like a “guest” which is exactly what they are.

Also, listen to the questions and concerns of the guests calling in. Here you can learn what Sellers and Buyers think....what their hot buttons are.... what their concerns are.

What better way to help keep on top of your target market!

You can listen live at 12pm :WCBM 680 AM.

 The Call-In Number is:  410-922-6680

You can TEXT Margaret at: 410-530-2400 during the show!

And, if you miss the live broadcast or wish to listen to Margaret’s previous All About Real Estate  shows go to:

Does It Convey Or Not-Strange Comments In The MLS

This made me smile at the end of a long day. I find it pays to go back and reread what you wrote. It might be clear as mud when you thought it was clear as day at the time. I get amused, too. Sometimes I get confused. Sometimes I have to pick up… more

While You're Buying, Think Like You're a Seller!

I like to bring this up with Buyers. A home almost gets a report card on how easy it will be to sell in seven to ten years. This is something that needs to be discussEd and evaluated as you view each home. Their problem selling becomes your problem… more
Just Because You Have Showings Doesn't Mean You Are Priced Right!

I like to go with the concept of ten showings, no offer, then the property is overpriced. I also like to see two plus showings a week or again it is overpriced. Lots of showings and no offer… yep, overpriced. The market talks. So do the Internet… more
