You'll Know You're An Activerain Celebrity When...

Yep, and I can hear Brad Paisley's song about being cool on line as I read this clever blogging piece!

spotlightsYou'll know you're an Activerain celebrity when...

  1. One of your posts is featured for the very first time That assumes, of course, that you even know what a featured post is or that you've been featured... I was so clueless, I didn't have any idea.

  2. Your original post or photo is plagiarized on another website without a link or cedit to you.  Now THAT is a back-handed compliment you could do without.

  3. You hit your first big Activerain milestone and find out you're eligible for the Activerain Bronze Hall of Fame Group. (Every milestone you hit will be a reminder of this.)

  4. Group founders ask you to be a moderator for their Activerain group.  Sure it's a thankless task, but what a compliment!

  5. You become an Activerain Ambassador.  Not everyone qualifies... do you?

  6. Strangers at RainCamp, REBar Camp and REALTOR Association meetings ask to have their picture taken with you.  Smile!

  7. Other bloggers contact you to ask a "how-to" question.  Or better yet, your know-it-all teen or adult children ask you about SEO or whether they should start a Facebook Group or Business Page. Haha!

  8. Your Activerain post is re-blogged.  Really... someone thinks your post is good enough to spread to their own sphere of influence...  Wow!

  9. Organizers ask you to be a presenter at REBar Camp or your office manager asks you to teach other agents how to get started blogging.   Impressive!

  10. Local businesses and organizations send you info to include in your blog.  Or a prospecitve client says...

"I saw you on Activerain and I'd like you to be my agent."

All it takes to feel like an Activerain celebrity is one of these (and any others are a bonus).  Thank you Activerain for giving us so many opportunities to learn and contribute!
